Rules of Trade: Standard Operation Protocol
Financial Compliance
AuriVerde Exports follows the ICC UCP 600 (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits). We prioritize transparency and security, accepting only industry-standard financial instruments (DLC/SBLC) from Top 50 prime banks. We do not request up-front payments for shipping or insurance.
Standard Operating Protocol & Security
To maintain the highest level of integrity and protect all parties involved, Auriverde Exporters operates under the following global trade standards:
· Financial Compliance: All financial instruments and Letters of Credit are processed under ICC Publication No. 600 (UCP 600) rules.
· Verification: To protect our supply chain and mill partners, Full Proof of Product (POP) is released strictly on a bank-to-bank basis only after the Proof of Funds (POF) has been verified.
· Inspections: All shipments are subject to third-party verification (SGS or equivalent) at the port of loading to confirm quantity and quality before departure.
